Service

You Cook. We Book. provides booking support, workflow tooling, quote coordination, communication support, and operational assistance for private chef businesses.

Not The Event Provider

The chef or chef business remains responsible for food, staffing, event execution, licensing, permits, insurance, tax treatment, refunds, and client service delivery unless separately agreed in writing.

No Guaranteed Results

We may share examples, case studies, and performance data, but we do not guarantee a specific revenue outcome, booking volume, close rate, or client result.

Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse the service, upload unlawful content, impersonate others, interfere with systems, or use client information outside permitted business purposes.

Fees

Fees are defined in the agreement between You Cook. We Book. and the chef business. Payment processing fees, retainers, refunds, and taxes may be handled by third-party providers or the chef directly.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
