Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use You Cook. We Book., a booking-side support service operated by BOSA Holdings LLC (doing business as 723 Labs). We help qualified private-chef businesses manage inquiries, package quotes, coordinate booking details, and organize the work needed to get events sold and ready for execution.

1. Service

You Cook. We Book. is not a self-serve CRM, marketplace, payment processor, accountant, attorney, or employment agency. We provide a combination of human booking support, operating workflow, and client-facing booking assets for private-chef businesses.

2. Fit and onboarding

Submitting a form or request does not guarantee that we will work together. We review each chef, offer, market, booking volume, and operating need before deciding whether the service is a fit.

3. Fees and payment terms

Any fees, commissions, retainers, setup costs, minimums, or payment processing terms are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal. Website examples, proof points, and demo numbers are provided for context and are not a promise of future results.

4. Chef responsibilities

• You are responsible for the quality, safety, staffing, licensing, tax compliance, insurance, and delivery of your chef services.
• You are responsible for honoring the event terms, menus, pricing, and commitments approved under your brand.
• You agree to give us accurate information about your availability, pricing, packages, service area, and operating standards.

5. Client communication

If we work the booking side of your business, we may communicate with leads and clients by text, email, phone, or portal on your behalf. We will use the brand, standards, and offer structure agreed during onboarding, and we may ask for your professional judgment before confirming details that affect food, service, creative direction, or capacity.

6. No guaranteed outcomes

We work to improve response speed, quote quality, organization, follow-up, and booking conversion, but we do not guarantee revenue, close rate, lead volume, event count, margin, or client behavior.

7. Intellectual property

Your brand, recipes, photos, menus, and client relationships remain yours unless a separate agreement says otherwise. Our workflows, templates, systems, copy structures, software, and operating methods remain ours unless transferred in writing.

8. Confidentiality

Both sides may receive private business, client, pricing, or operational information. Each side agrees to handle that information responsibly and not disclose it except as needed to provide or receive the service, comply with law, or enforce an agreement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOSA Holdings LLC and 723 Labs are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date above.
